If it is intranet site (Like CRM, Clarity, PMS, Sanchar soft, CDMA Soft, Gujarat intranet portal, Etc.) then you need to check your proxy server setting
Please follow the configuration detail given below.
OPEN INTERNET EXPLORER
GO TO TOOLS->Internet Options->Connections->LAN Setting
Click on Use Proxy Server->Address :10.72.144.8 Port:3128
Click on Bypass proxy server For Local Addresses, Then Click Advanced Dialog Box,
In Exceptions Field write 10.*;*wdc.bsnl*;sp05*;erci.*
